Processing Fees

Any changes, such as new meters to an existing supply, existing metering changes, or supply and/or meter removal at an existing site, come with a $150 processing fee (including GST). This includes installing new equipment (like solar panels, batteries, or EV chargers), or upgrading, replacing, or adjusting metering equipment or network assets.

Adding a new connection to your account comes with a $350 processing fee (including GST). A new connection means setting up a brand-new electricity supply point on the network, involving installing a new meter.
