1: Tax invoice number, bill issue date, Flo Account Number, and National Metering Identifier (NMI).
2: Customer contact details and supply address.
3: Amount due, due date, and summary of charges broken down per item.
4: Contact information for enquiries, faults, and emergencies.
5: Information about how to pay your bill.
Page two
6: Summary of your plan including your contract end date.
7: Information about your usage and charges.

8: Information about any adjustments that have been made to your bill.
