How we can support you
Support is assessed on a case-by-case basis, so we can find the option that works best for you.
We offer a range of support options for customers impacted by bushfires, including:
- Flexible payment arrangements – tailored plans to help manage your bills during recovery
- Payment extensions – extra time to pay, without added stress
- Bill reviews – checking your account to make sure everything looks right
- Waived fees – removing late payment or reminder fees where applicable
- Account support – help updating your details if your situation has changed

If your supply has been disrupted
If your electricity supply has been interrupted due to bushfires or related damage, your local network distributor manages outages and physical repairs.
If you’re unsure who your distributor is, you can find out through the AER's website or check your bill on the FlowSmart Dashboard.
