Simply click the 'Login' button at the top right of our website. If you're an existing Flo Business Pro customer, you'll automatically be taken to the FlowSmart Portal Login page. If you're on other Flo plans, you'll be taken to the FlowSmart Dashboard Login page instead.
The FlowSmart Portal is only available to Flo Business Pro customers for progressive purchasing.
The FlowSmart Dashboard is available for all Flo customers to view energy usage and plan details, and change account login details.

Please contact your dedicated Account Manager if you'd like to make changes to your FlowSmart Portal access. This can include changing your password, changing your email, or adding new users to your existing account.
